UX/UI tweaks

As a FS who skews BE, LastPass need to hire a UI/UX person. The robustness of security is the selling point, but the UX needs some serious work.

1. Subfolders have less indents than the parent
2. editing folder names in certain screens clears the field
3. data model allows for aliases in settings but not where it matters in each item.
4. multi-select is super clunky. UI elements like clicking on "launch" or the "icon" buttons can cancel the multi-select
5. The android app UX is bad. OnePass and google are so much smoother, better integrated, leverage the android framework better, and more reliable.
