As a FS who skews BE, LastPass need to hire a UI/UX person. The robustness of security is the selling point, but the UX needs some serious work.
- Subfolders have less indents than the parent
- editing folder names in certain screens clears the field
- data model allows for aliases in settings but not where it matters in each item.
- multi-select is super clunky. UI elements like clicking on "launch" or the "icon" buttons can cancel the multi-select
- The android app UX is bad. OnePass and google are so much smoother, better integrated, leverage the android framework better, and more reliable.
