Setting name for Families account members

There is already a similar question which is unanswered so here goes.

How can my family members set their first and last names. I gave them names when I invited them, but when they joined they just have an email address but no name. I think that the Family dashboard is taking my name from my billing information but I just can't figure out how to set, or how they can set, their names.

This means that when I try to share a folder I can't tell who I'm sharing with because just names are displayed (which are blank) and not email addresses.

Hello,

These family members may not have the correct name set in the Users area of the Family Manager Dashboard. Could you try going to the Family Manager Dashboard, then clicking on Family Members on the left then seeing if there is a person whose name isn't showing (or is blank) then clicking the First and Last name fields to input their name, Save, then see if you can then view their names as expected?
