LastPass prices and billing cyclops are by year, we do not offer monthly payments for personal account, so in this case if you have subscription, it is for a year.

OK thanks. I need to know one more thing. How can I change my c card for next year to one I use more frequently?

You can change your credit card information by going to your vault, then in the bottom left corner click on account settings, General tab, scroll till you find My Account, you should be able to change the card from there.
