What could be causing LastPass to utilize 100% of one core on my processor all of a sudden?

've noticed that whenever I run Chrome, one core on my processor is constantly maxed out, and when I end the associated sub-process, the LastPass icon disappears and Chrome indicates that LastPass has crashed. It seems that LastPass is responsible for this issue. Any insights into why this might be happening?

You could try enabling native messaging to offload crypto the processor versus your browser's Javascript engine.
