I’m a premium user and can’t find “my account of payment history”

Welcome to the LastPass Community.
If you are a personal subscriber, then your billing history can be found online (lastpass.com): My Account > Payment History
If you have an offline contract with LastPass, then you will need administrative access to the Unified Admin Center.
If you did not subscribe through lastpass.com, then you may have subscribed through your mobile app store. In this case you would need to manage your subscription through the app store itself.
