Does using windows fingerprint sensor require a paid LastPass plan?

I’m thinking about getting one of those USB fingerprint readers for my desktop, and I would like to use this with LastPass. However, lastpass’s pricing plan is just not clear as to what you get for each price tier, and other public forums do not have a clear answer either. On the free tier, can I use a windows hello fingerprint sensor? Thank you.

You are referring to the Advanced multi-factor options feature.

Compare all the features between the plans, further down on the pricing page:

As it appears, it's part of the Premium and Family plan, not the Free version.
