I was actually reading over that same link and clearly didn't see the part about RSA.

I found this one on Amazon and I am going to give it a try: PIVKey C910 Certificate Based PKI Smart Card

Here's some documentation linked below. It looks like the main thing to look for is that it has an RSA key.
