Lastpass told me to re-setup my authenticator app. It made me login to a computer and scan a QR code to re-setup my authenticator app. After scanning the QR code, I could no longer restore my other codes I had already saved and linked to the cloud.

No one helped me. I ended up losing 2 accounts so now I no longer use LastPass. I use Google authenticator and Googles Keypass. When they required me to setup the authenticator app again and it quite literally deleted my backups and what I currently had in the app all at once, I decided I'd stop using their service since support is non existent unless you pay. Any product should have support for any service, even if it's just email or messaging.
