Unable to log in via chrome/brave extension

For a few days I have no longer been able to log in via the extension and therefore the passwords are not auto-filling. I use brave browser and a white box appears with the gray last pass logo. I already removed and reinstalled the extension but it doesn't work

Exactly the same issue Im having. Ive removed the extension, reset all cookies, cache, etc. Rebooted. Nothing works.
