I have a free account, and my supervisor has shared passwords with me. One of the sights will not auto populate when I try to log in. I have also tried to type in the user ID to see if the password will populate and it still wont. Any suggestions?

Sounds like you might have an autofill issue. Check and see if autofill is enabled in LastPass preferences. This can be done by going toPreferences > Advanced Optionsand ensuring "Autofill" is turned on.
