Unable to retrieve master password

I have been having no problems with LP, yet today my account is locked. LP refuses to recognize my master password and I have rechecked it multiple times. I've been trying the one-time password recovery but have been blocked here also. Do I have a problem, or is LP down? If it's me, how do I get into my account?

LP is still notworking. Correct Master Password is not being recognized. Pardon me as I do not recognize@"weybrew" - I am a senior who doesn't know how to use social media. Should I be responding elsewhere?

@weybrew It looks like your last login attempt used the correct password, and we sent a verification email to your LastPass address. Please try again with the last password you attempted to log in with.

Reply (supplemental) I had been trying varying combinations of passwords I might have used recently and none of them were working. I was certain that the password I had saved was correct. It turns out that in my efforts I actually used the correct one, which, of course, you discovered. After your reset, I continued to use what I believed to be the correct one and it, naturally, continued to fail. This morning I began retracing my earlier attempts and when I hit the right one (and with your reset) my account opened! Hooray!! I'll continue to use it today to make sure this good fortune wasn't a fluke. So many thanks for your help. I'm grateful.
