I need to change my LastPass email address but don't have access to the current email on file to confirm the change. How have others navigated this?

I logged in, attempted to change my email address via Settings; however, it's telling me to login to the current email address on file to update the LastPass email address, and I don't have access to that address. The current email address on fil is an old email address associated with a previous employer.
