The LastPass extension in Firefox doesn't work anymore. A while ago, it disappeared from the menu bar. Now there is also no Lastpass icons showing when I go to a site and have to fill in username and password.

About your issue, look in your browser at the top right side, for the extensions icon, it looks like a puzzle piece, click on it, you might see the LastPass extension, click the wrench and chose PIN to toolbar
