I have a login screen with 3 instead of 2 fields. Unfortunately, Lastpass currently only remembers 2 fields (as is usually the case by default).
My attempt to add an additional field to the entry via "Add Custom Fields" fails because saving does not work,

even if the data record with the information looks a little unusual and in my case the field names are not descriptive, they actually fulfil their purpose and fill in all three fields, including the password, at the next login.

I am sorry about the issues you are having when trying to save the password. Have you tried saving it using "Save all entered Data" instead?

i found it was most helpful to match the field name 'exactly' and i identified that name by 'inspecting' the source code. this allowed me to name the custom fields properly and therefore call up the additional prompts.
