If you have automatic updates turned on by default, then you should now have version 4.151.5 for Safari.
Please let us know if you experience any further difficulty with this version, and specify any new behaviors identified.

Yes. I followed all the steps in the support guide including uninstalling lastpass, making sure there were no other lastpass applications installed other than Lastpass for Safari. I cleared the cache / all history in both safari and within lastpass, rebooted computer reinstalled lastpass for safari, and followed on screen instructions. I also allowed popups for lastpass in safari settings and made sure the websites in my vault are not in the Never URL list. I am running a MacOS with Sonoma Version 14.6.1 using the Apple M1 chip. I do not use any other browsers. It had been working until recently (4 weeks). In addition to not being able to launch websites from the vault, when I click on Go to a URL from within lastpass by right clicking on anyone of the icons in the vault, the lastpass icon appears in the username and password but will not autofill. What am I missing? Quite happy to get on a call. I would hate to have to ditch lastpass. I like it.

I am having the same problem and have also tried all of the recommended practices and potential fixes. I'm also using a Mac, OS 15.7.
I have the same problem. I have 4.151.1 running on OS 15.7.4 because I have an older Mac. This has been going on for months. I have reviewed all settings and nothing works.
A new LastPass version has been released for the Safari web browser (V 4.151.1).
Pleasecheck that you have the latest version running in Safariand please let us know if you experience any issues.

The latest LastPass app (v4.151.3) for Safari has been released to all users. If you haven't received it yet, please check for updates, and let the Community know of any new problems.
We are actively tracking all new reports to confirm if the changes made resolve behavioral issues.
