Unable to reset account. System doesn't send me emails.

Question

I have two last pass accounts. I have a personal one that I pay for, and then I have one for work. I can't log into my personal last pass account. I haven't been able to reset it because I don't get emails from the system. my personal lastpass account. I just want to login and pay for my subscription, but I haven't been able to reach anyone. I can't even get it to send me text messages. can someone help me out?

I did manage to login and reset my password, but I didn't get the emails until 4 days later. Anyone know what's going on with that?
