I often need to enter credentials for SFTP configurations that 1) don't want stored, and 2) don't want modified by LastPass, and 3) are on a website for which I DO need to authenticate myself and want LastPass to store THOSE credentials.
Ideally, I could add this URL to "Never URLs" and tell it to "Never auto-fill forms", but that doesn't seem to be an option, and none of the other options seem to prevent LastPass from filling the fields.
It's possible that Edge is actually the one filling in the form, but I don't think so because this URL is set to "Never Do Anything" in LastPass, but it still shows the LastPass icon and shows the LastPass popup for saved credentials.
To be more specific, I often use a website to configure SFTP credentials for clients' automated data transfers. Obviously, I don't want LastPass to save my clients' SFTP configuration, but I do want LastPass to save my own credentials for logging into the configuration portal, so I can't disable it altogether. The problem comes when I need to change a configuration: filename, SFTP directory, etc. but DON'T need to change the uname or pwd for that config. If the webpage detects that the uname or pwd on that configuration has been entered, it insists that I provide the full credentials (assuming I've changed something). This happens when LastPass sees the username field and autofills it for me. My only option is to abandon the change, or to go track down the username and password that I did not intend to change, but now have to reconfirm because LastPass started an edit.
I really need LastPass to stop creating work for me, by messing with these fields that I don't want changed.
