I've been having a problem for about 3 years. Before, due to my job and time constraints, I didn't report it to Lastpass support, but now I urgently need access to my account.
I'm contacting Lastpass from my other account because I can't access it, even though I enter the correct password and email. Lastpass won't let me in for any reason. I have access to my email, so I try to send the option to have the recovery message sent to my email, but it never arrives. I've tried a thousand things, but I can't access my account. I have access to my registered email where I receive the alerts, but it's incredible that the information simply can't be sent to the email so I can reset my password.
Is there any way I can contact an agent who can help me with this? I want to purchase the Premium plan for my account, but no one seems to be able to provide a solution for this issue I'm experiencing.
