If you wait a few minutes it will finally show the score.
When I do this, the score is incorrect. It shows 0 trusted devices, 0 permitted mobile devices, 0 at-risk passwords. Everything is green. Yet, every time I log on I am nagged with an alert. If I disable it, it comes back the next time I log in.
This poor quality concerns me for a security product. Time so start shopping for an alternative.
I have the same problem. It's been at least 15 minutes and the progress circle is stuck at 10 o'clock.
To prompt the user that there is a problem, a scan must have been done already. Maybe those results could be recalled, to avoid this long delay.
Just sits there....totally worthless.
What are we paying for???????
Yes the score, if eventually comes up, is wrong. I'm coming up to renewal, not sure I will, plenty others out there.
It's rubbish, done all I cant to get sense from it but to no avail
Really is about time they sorted this , very annoying.
Just sent my reply, went back and yellow icon, the same thing yet again. Surely can't be that hard to sort, doesn't inspire confidence does it?
Yep, here it is August 8th and still having a failing security dashboard.
I'm having the same problem. trying to impove 'score' but system takes too long. Used to be OK but no good now. Fix it LastPass!
I have this problem on a desktop, however as a work around the test works fine on an Iphone IOS app.
When is the security challenge going to start working?
Do actual employees ever answer these questions?
I am having the same issue. When I contacted Lastpass they asked me to video the whole thing and send some logs. They seem to forget that for an average user these debugging steps are foreign. On average it takes 5 minutes to populate
Same issue here. I get a notification saying something like "warning critical security level". I go into the security dashboard and it just hangs. No information whatsoever.
I have the same problem from the desktop interface, Chrome on a PC. Takes forever, and there is no progress indicator. Finally got results after about 5 minutes. The very first password it said was "reused" was in fact not - it was a 27-character very strong random string generated by LastPass just a year ago. So now I don't trust the results at all. Useless. Really shakes my confidence in this app. I tried to do LastPass, please fix this, or at least reply to this thread.
Same issue. It was flagging passwords as reused when they were clearly not, and weak when they were suggested by the password generator as "strong" There are a few bugs and the tech support wants me to print logs, video record the issues and post. I am thinking of alternatives to lastpass
Same issue on desktop through Edge browser. Chrome browser, no problems.
Same issue with MS Edge on fresh Windows 11 install.
Same issue in all browsers. Has customer support been abandoned?
