After resetting windows I'm unable to log into my lastpass account. when trying to reset my master password because I reset windows last pass doesn't recognize any browser I use so it won't send me any password reset.

Resetting / Clearing a browser's cache and cookies will both erase any stored recovery one-time-passwords and automatically log you out of LastPass.

Did you create a password 'hint' that may help recall the correct spelling?

If you recently updated the account password within the past 30 days, then you may revert to the last known password through this location: https://lastpass.com/revert.php

If you cannot recover the account password, you can reset the account itself by following these instructions.

Once complete, I also suggest setting up all available recovery options.
