Stuck in a loop with message: Multifactor authentication failed! I have my master password.

Hello,

5 days ago I was prompted by Last Pass to change my my multi factor authentication in the Google Authenticator app. When I did that, I was suddenly prompted with "Multtifactor Authentication Failed" every time I try to log in. So I'm locked out of Last Pass. I have my master password. Please help me. I have been sending my email to the contact us and you have never gotten back to me.

Same problem with me. The only difference is that I use LastPass authenticator, and everything is stuck in a loop. Today I lost my entire day trying to figure this out. I can't work because all my passwords are locked.

My issue has been solved. Last Pass support disabled my 2FA and then I was able to log in. Thank you Last Pass support. One thought as those of us that use Last Pass, it is an essential part of our lives. I think support should be much speedier. Also, obviously we can't login for these type of issues, so there should be an easier way to contact you with login problems.

I also have a similar issue. One device I use triggered this loop after a chrome update. Re-registering with Google authenticator creates a duplicate lastpass MFA, which in turn triggers the loop again. Please help. Lastpass premium user for many years.

I have the same problem. Lastpass forced me to reset Multi-factor Authentication. The process was very confusing and I went into a loop entering code after code after code and now it tells me "Something went wrong, please try again." I'm very highly frustrated with your app. I'm a premium user and yoru app has now wasted an hour of my time and is useless in a browser.
