I thought Lastpass was supposed to just pop open when I create a new account on a website with a password suggestion and then automatically save that password for that site but it's not doing that. Is that not the entire point of having Lastpass???

I thought Lastpass was supposed to just pop open when I create a new account on a website with a password suggestion and then automatically save that password for that site but it's not doing that.  Is that not the entire point of having Lastpass???

We're sorry for the inconvenience with the pop-up window to save new entries, however, it might be a sync of the extension not generating the window. Try the following:

* Kill all active sessions –instructions here.
* Clear the local cache for LastPass –instructions here.
* Refresh sites –instructions here.

If the issue persists, update theLastPass browser extension(view downloads here), then log in to LastPass and try to perform the action again.
