Password Recovery

Question

I am trying to use password recovery and Lasstpass sends me a SMS with a number, which I enter and Lastpass says: "The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again." Which try again with the same result. I cannot even ask Lastpass, as I cannot sign in to ask Lastpass support.

I am sorry about the issues you are having logging in. Our records show that you are entering the correct Master Password but a Verification email is being sent to you. Please try to log in once more, then check your inbox for an email from LastPass with the subject "LastPass Security Notification: Login attempt blocked". Click on the link included to Verify new device or location. Then, try logging in one more time and you should be able to access.

I have the same issue.

Only, I didn't forget my Master Password.

It is so frustrating. I enter it the same all the time. Then, today read an article to create extra passwords and thought that would be a good idea. So I try to sign on and it says my password doesn't work! So I try to do password recovery in every way possible and it says my link has expired. I clicked it within a minute of it sending it! How could it expire? And how could I have the wrong Master Password when I've never changed it! I can't ask customer support because there isn't a way to contact them. SOOOOO FRUSTRATING!!! I think everyone should know, at a moments notice ALL your saved passwords can be lost. Forever. With no customer support to help you.
