How do I validate my recovery email?

My cellphone was stolen and I had use biometry in the Lastpass App.I installed the app in other phone, but I forgot my master password and I couldn'tsend e-mail for recovery my account, because the app send message: Account recovery is not set for this email. I tried my others e-mails, but no success. I tried with a submit a Tip, but I get the e-mail with a Tip is blank. I receive SMS in my new cellphone with the code, when I try use this in my computer, I receive same msg: We couldn't recover your account. I tried "Use a one-time password" but received same error message.

@User1742469954236652263 , that message indicates your web browser does not have enough cached LastPass data to create a recovery one-time-password. Most password recovery methods require you to log in regularly on the same device to create a cache of personal user data to identify you with.

The password 'hint' is only created by the LastPass user (optional) when updating their account password.

If you cannot recover the account password, you can reset the account itself by following these instructions.

Once complete, I also suggest setting up all available recovery options.
