So why can't I just submit a support ticket instead of getting a call?
There always used to be an option for a call or to write a ticket.

To submit a support ticket, please select 'Contact Support' at the bottom of an article on our help center:https://support.lastpass.com/help/how-do-i-contact-customer-support-for-lastpass-lp010121
Once you log in, you should see a form with 'Call Me' at the top. To change to an email, select 'Email Us' at the bottom of that form. Let me know if this option is not appearing for you.

I'm sorry we don't currently have an email alias to use for Support case creation.
