Can't login - and account reset is not working

Question

My password has stopped working (or I've gotten it wrong). When I get the link to reset my account, the link says it has expired - whether I click on the hyperlink or copy and paste. And I cannot contact support unless I have a password. It says customer service is a top priority, but y'all sure make it difficult to actually use your product.

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I have verified the status of your account and found these possible solutions:

1. There was a recent Master Password change, if you remember the previous Master Password you can revert the master Password change.

2. Your account is part of a Teams account and the super administrator has the ability to reset your Master Password. You can contact the super admin for assistance with resetting your password to regain access.
