Has the Lastpass Authenticator backups been stolen too?

Hello,

Title says it all pretty much. As someone who uses the Lastpass Authenticator App for all 2FA applications and has backups through my LastPass account enabled, I would like to know if these backups were part of the "security incident" too.

As this would mean, though highly unlikely, if my master password got cracked, 2FA would also be useless to stop anything.

I have now switched to a different authenticator app and regenerated all codes again.

Would be nice to know if the backup has been deleted though. How can I confirm the backup has been removed ?

I stopped using LP authenticator as I realised the risk of having both eggs in the same basket (Although I made other mistakes with data I kept in LP).

I use Authy and Microsoft Authenticator now.

Just an update - I updated all 2FA codes (QR codes) for all entries in the Lastpass Authenticator to be sure. Cloud backup doesn't work anymore for some reason, but maybe that is a good thing considering...
