I'm trying to upgrade my free user account to Premium, but I can't because I keep getting the error message "You can't purchase this product with this account". Why is this happening? What's wrong?

I've reviewed the account and noticed you had the subscription expired a few months ago. If you tried to upgrade using our website, the system would generate an error, as the initial payment was made through a third-party service.
You can review if you would like to proceed with the upgrade with them or let us know for us to make changes in your account and purchase directly with us.
