I am using Lastpass as a free user on Mac. The app has worked weirdly for couple of days, e.g the form of a vault item is empty or the actual password is not shown, e.g my master pw shown there etc. What is happening?

Similar situation here, except I'm on a HP. Today I logged in and all my websites and passwords are gone. I don't want to upgrade in order to get support. Apparently this has happened before: https://www.reddit.com/r/Lastpass/comments/11zxxj8/passwords_disappearing_known_issue/

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your accounts. Please follow our basic troubleshooting steps and verify if this solves your issue. If the issue persists and if you have recently changed your Master Password, please try to revert the Master Password change. Please test if other browsers are also having the same issue or log in directly from our website instead of from the extension.

If the issue is on safari, please try disabling the Private Relay.

All working again now. Very weird. My lad has been round and set up Bitwarden for me and exported all my passwords. It's free to use and imports the Lastpass files easily !!

I am presently experiencing the same on a MAC, when I log into my Vault the sites are there but the info contained within them is empty, the icon has a red exclamation mark that says Password at Risk when you hover over it.

What is going on with Lastpass !!!!

Yeah, that's the same behaviour i have now! And my app is updated. I have used this years and never faced this kind of behaviour.

Thank you for your answer. The problem was also in a Mac app (the latest one), which is the default one I using. I also checked your The tricky thing is that it is not happening always, e.g now it works. I need to observe this for a while before saying this is fixed.

This just started this week, at least for me.
