I have a family member who is struggling to access their account. Their email seems to have stopped working, likely because they were using an old one and the server has literally been switched off. Previous questions on this topic - no access to email - suggest raising a ticket. they can’t because they can’t login because they can’t verify their device via email. What would you advise someone do in that situation? I can’t raise a ticket for them obviously as it’s a different account.
