I am sorry about the issues you are having. The setting you are looking for is "Open login dialog when browser starts" found on the Advanced Preferences of the browser extension.
However, it is currently being investigated an issue where this setting is not opening the tab consistently so you may notice it still does not open after having it enabled. There is no ETA I can provide for when a fix will be released for this issue.

Our records show that you are able to enter the correct Master Password but most of the failed login attempts are due to the multifactor authentication. If you were able to access, please try to generate a new QR code and see if you can login properly again. If you still can't access, please submit a support case using the "Request help logging in" link found on this article.
Do you know the previous Master Password? If so, you can revert the change to log in using the old one.
