I received a Family Pass Invite - link won't work. Admin has resent invite multiple times and emails do not come through. How do I fix this? I have submitted a support case but no response.

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

As long as your own email address is verified, then you'll want to confirm these domains are within your email's allow-list:

• @lastpass.com
• @sendgrid.com
• @m.lastpass.com
• @t.lastpass.com
• @ar.lastpass.com

After you've confirmed those domains, you can ask the account administrator to remove your invite, then recreate it again.
