Why does Lastpass log me out when I close Chrome?

I am using Chrome with the LastPass extension within an Azure environment. I have used the Lastpass extension in Chrome on my personal computer (not in an Azure environment) for years.

In the Azure environment, LastPass logs me out when I close Chrome. I have made sure that the options under my settings to log out when my browser closes and log out after a specific period of time are UNchecked. However, LastPass logs me out each time I shut down my computer (which involves closing my browser). The doesn't happen on my personal computer.

Additionally, within the Azure environment, when I go to log back in, it takes a few tries before LastPass recognizes my master password.

How can I fix these problems?

I'm experiencing the same issues. I'm getting the run around with customer support, asking for videos and logs which is difficult as the extension is not honoring the set logout time and randomly logs out. Not the same as you shutting down your computer - I'm not sure if that will require you to log back in or not.

Many users have to enter in their password multiple times before logging in and do not get an error.

My fix? Maybe try another password manager as this point.

I'm hesitant to use a different password manager because I've been using LastPass for years on my personal computer and have not had this problem. I suppose I'll just continue logging into LastPass each day on my work computer, and entering my master password a few times before it lets me in.
