In this scenario, if you no longer access even the SMS code, you will need to contact us so we can open a support case and help you to disable the MFA on file.
To prevent this from happen, I will recommend you enable at least 2 MFAs in your account, so you can keep the main one in your phone and the backup in another device.

You may also set up cloud backup for the LastPass Authenticator in case you lose or upgrade your mobile device.
