Export doesn't work, no file, no email

Question

I tried exporting my vault items (for use anywhere) via the extension, but after i entered my password, nothing happened. No download started, and I didn't get an email.

I found articles telling me to export via the website, but when i go to advanced settings, the "export button" they speak of is nowhere to be found.

How do I fix this?

And as I have stated in my original post, nothing happens when I click that in the extension.

It also took 2 months for my reply to be approved saying I am on a laptop running Firefox and I still do not have a solution for my problem.

This should be completed from a desktop, using the LastPass extension:

Select theAccounttab, then go toFix a problem yourself>Export vault items>Export data for use anywhere.
