Items missing from my Vault?

Question

I logged in today and discovered that several items are missing from my vault. I have not deleted anything recently, and nothing is shared with other accounts. Nothing is listed under my deleted items. The items just disappeared. I tried everything listed at this support page, but nothing works

Same here. Some (11) items are disappeared from my vault. I don't see them even in a new clean Firefox profile. Luckily I have a backup. Can you fix it for me?

Could you please try the following troubleshooting on your browser:

* Uninstalling the extensionUninstall LastPass
* Clearing your browser's cookies and cache
* Restart the browser
* Reinstalling the extension from https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.php
* Open LastPass using the extension Use the LastPass browser extension
* Try again to access your vault
