Equivalent Domains tab not loading

Question

Is the equivalent domains page broken? Every time I try to load my current list of equivalent domains, the page gives the error: We couldn't load your Equivalent Domains.

I have tried using domains that I have set up and they are loading fine, but I cannot see existing list or add a new one. The other two tabs show/work fine. Any idea what is going on?

For context. I am on Brave (latest version) on Windows 11 PC.

It took 30 days for lastpass support to fix the issue for me.  It required jumping through a lot of hoops and eventually having it escalated to the "development team."

I have the same issue with Firefox on Linux and I have done what you wanted but it did not work.

To test if it was the cache I have logged on for the first time in the chrome browser on my android phone, where I never have logged on before because I use the app not the browser on my phone, still did not work with the fresh login.

Is it possible that this is a problem with people that have edited Equivalent Domains in the past with the old settings page?

Maybe the data is corrupted in the migration?

I have edited those domains in the past so maybe that's the problem.

Update:

I have just tested by creating a brand new account for LastPass in the same browser in a private window, and it works there.

Then I logged out of my test account and logged in to my main account in the same private window and it did not work.

I then closed the private window and opened a new private window and logged in to my main account and still did not work.

I then logged out of my main account and logged in to that newly created test account and there it did work again.

I also have tested another older work account and it's broken there too.

So I think the data is corrupted by the migration with the latest UI change.

Can you please try clearing the LastPass cache?

Click the LastPass extension icon > Account > Fix a problem yourself > Clear cache
