After 2 days of not being able to resolve my case with my case number. I called and reached Robert at Support.
He was able to walk me through some corrective steps on my computer so that I could unlock my Icons. He was very patient and
helpful. It would be helpful if you listed your phone number on your Help page. I had to go to the advertisement for LastPass to find one.
