How to access account of deceased

Hello,

My father passed away and we are trying to get his master password to access his passwords. I have the account email that it is tied to. What information do I need to provide to gain access? Would a death certificate suffice? Who can I email/call about this?

I am sorry for your loss. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide access to any of our accounts as we are unable to reset the Master Password due to our Zero-Knowledge Policy. You will need to try to follow Account Recovery from one of the devices your father used to log in before in order to try to regain access to it.
