Following the email received this morning informing of new password requirements. I was also prompted to reset my Google Authenticator. Which I followed step by step with the result of the passcodes not working to log in. I then disabled Google Authenticator. Now when trying to log in I am asked to either use Lastpass authenticator (which I don't have), sms or call. Call and sms verification are notr coming through on my phone!
I am still able to access LP entries through the phone app thanks to faceID. But on laptop to manage the account I am logged out. How do I regain access? Premium user
