Like others have noted, I have an active paid annual subscriptions to Premium and to Familes (both paid Oct 2020), but now the LastPass console says my subscription expired in October 2020, and in other places it is flat wrong (says my Premium account will renew in 2023). I have submitted copies of invoices to customer service to proove that this is incorrect and have received no response. I am a long-time user with a current account and now mymobile device (android) no longer can use LastPass.
Please respond if you are in the same situation and have received adequate support.
