Why cant i see Microsoft authenticator as available option among multifactor authentication, and how can i enable it? I checked the general help, the option is not even available.

The option is there for me. Alternatively, you can just choose Google Authenticator but scan the QR code with MS Authenticator since it's all the same TOTP standard. Both apps will generate the exact same six digit codes.
