I am simply trying to pay to renew my subscription. Each time I attempt I get this message….
“We’re unable to process your purchase at this time
Your card may have been declined. Please verify your payment details before trying again. For additional help, please see oursupport article.”
I have tried 3 different credit cards from different banking providers multiple times over the last week with no success. These cards work fine otherwise and are used for transactions daily. Frustrating that I simply want to pay to renew and can’t. Any ideas? I have visited the support article and it didn’t really help.
