LastPass App update issue

I’m on iOS, the last update with a significant UI change has resulted in the following issue:

If I search for a vault entry, for example Amazon log in, the displayed list contains this error: when I click on the Amazon log in information link, another password information entry pops up for example apple log in information.

This is a major trust issue! Has anybody experienced the same?
