Like many here, I cannot delete my account no matter what I try. I have even contacted support and received a case number. The support person tried to delete it from his end, but he was also unsuccessful. He said he needed to escalate the issue. I have not heard back, and it is almost a week. This is unacceptable and very unsettling!
