I am sorry about the issues you are having with your authenticator backup. Unfortunately, if you are unable to restore the backup you will need to add the accounts again. If you need help accessing into your lastpass account please use the "Request help logging in" link found on this article. If you can log in but you need to scan a new QR code, you can follow these instructions.
