Lastpass Account Recovery

Question

I am using Lastpass, but I cannot log in even after entering my registered email address and password.

Even if I enter the correct information, I cannot log in and it tells me to check my email,

My registered email address has been cancelled and I am currently unable to receive emails.

I have restored my account and changed my password.However, I am still unable to log in, and I am having a very difficult time figuring out what to do.

What should I do if my e-mail address is currently unavailable in the above situation?

i have this same issue.

this is how it happened.

My modem died. got replaced.

I got a new IP address from service provider.No usually i just put in my master password and it asks me for my google authenticator

But this time it didnt ask me for my google authenticator code. instead it showed a message

* Review your login info and try againThe problem with this option 1 is that my email is also protected by lastpass with ridiculous string of text i didn't memorize. looking back now it that not wise but i had my master password and google authenticator i was golden. This is new issue that lastpass has introduced to me i could not have predicted would become an issue or otherwise i would not have changed my login email's password.

seeing that i have no choice i went for recovering my account.

It worked at first and i resent my password.

But when i tried to login with my new password, that i have writen down just to cover my basis, lastpass showed me the same

"The link has expired or is invalid. Please generate a new link and try again."I'm assuming this is because according to what i have read my reset key was used up when i recovered first time using the browser i last logged in with.

Why is this the case. why did none catch this death loop. I also have no access to the email it wants me to check out.

For whatever it's worth, I am able to install Bitwarden. And I'm able to change the passwords on all of my old accounts and put them in Bitwarden.

Now I'm left wondering how to stop paying for LastPass. I guess I'll call my bank.

Same problem, except I can actually log into my account (it shows up on the upper-right corner of my screen to "Log Out"), however I can not see my vault which has several hundred passwords and all of my credit cards.

When I try to log in from the extension or to the website from any browser, it's the same circular problem and I can't recover my account.

What a mess.

UGH!

I've put in two tickets over the weekend and at first they had zero clue there was a problem on their end. They advised me to "reset your account" which will wipe out all data. Do they have any idea what it will take to recreate that data?

The second rep said they were working on the problem, yet if you go to their Status page, they claim there are no known issues.

Absolutely rediculous.
