Welcome to the LastPass Community.
please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the top right corner and click on the 3 little dots.
In the new menu please look for the option "Delete browsing data"
2. Once in the new window, choose the time range "All time"
3. Remove the check mark from "Browsing history"
4. Click on delete data.
Once done, log back in to your LastPass account.
