Master Password Recovery code not coming email or SMS

Question

I'm using this email to log in to my LastPass account. But now I have forgotten the master password and I need to recover the master password. I'm trying to recover my master password using a device and the browser where I'm logged in. When I go to https://lastpass.com/recover.php and enter my registered email after submitting it asks for a code to verify. However, the code never came to my email or mobile number, even though I had set up SMS password recovery beforehand. Also, your advertisement emails come to my email without any hassle at all. When I send this email to support@lastpass.com, they said only for the premium members is support available.

Hi. I somehow managed to find the master password. Thanks for the support. But kindly note that still the password recovery email link is not receiving. Thanks again.

Hi Hilda,

Thanks for the update. I can't log in. Last Pass addon automatically logged in because of cookies active. I wanted to export my password list. Now unfortunately cookies were clear and I even can't login to Last Pass portal.I lost my master password. I need to reset it. But either of the options didn't work Email or mobile OTP.

I humbly request you to check this issue and kindly provide a way to recover my Lastpass account. I receive each LastPass communication but not the reset links or neither authentication codes to my email or to my phone number.
