i can't access the lastpass authenticator , i used to send sms passcode to my phone before and it worked but now its not , how do i login to lastpass account ?

Hi, all.

We recently found an issue affecting iOS users, where SMS may not be sent correctly. If this fits your scenario, can you try sending the SMS from an alternate device?

This issue should be resolved in an upcoming release, hopefully within the next couple of weeks.

I get this. The authenticator app gives me a six digit code with a space between the first three and last three digits. When I put in that code it tells me that authentication failed. I try again, and again. I asked it to send the SMS passcode. I never got the code. It has gone to my wife's phone in the past, but she's not getting it either. Has someone used the data breach to change my phone information and when I try to get a code, they get it instead? My information is now apparently wide open and nobody seems to be able to help.

When I tried this, it told me to go to the phone authentication app to get the code. I got the code. It was rejected twice. I really don't know what else to do and I am at my wits end. Is there ANYONE I can just talk to, to get me through this? I'm begging.
